1. Data Collection & Storage

We collect and store minimal public data required strictly to operate notification services:

  • YouTube Channel Metadata: Public channel IDs, channel names, and latest video IDs.
  • Discord Guild Data: Server IDs, destination channel IDs, and optional role IDs configured for alert mentions.

2. Third-Party Services

Ekusu Ping Bot utilizes YouTube API Services to monitor public video releases. By using this bot, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Data Removal & Control

Discord server administrators retain full control over stored data. Executing the /remove command in your Discord server immediately purges all tracking configurations associated with your channels from our database.
