Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Ekusu Ping Bot to your Discord server or purchasing a tier subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to exploit, spam, or reverse-engineer the bot or its underlying APIs. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access for any Discord server violating Discord rules or abusing system resources.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions (Free, Basic, Pro) unlock higher channel tracking capacity. Paid tiers processed via Mayar or Stripe are non-refundable once activated unless required by local law.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

Ekusu Ping Bot relies on third-party APIs (YouTube Data API, Discord API). The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without guarantee of 100% uninterrupted delivery.

5. Contact

For support, billing inquiries, or data requests, contact us via our official Discord server.
